Obituary for Eleanor Violet Noah (Kester)

Eleanor "Ellie" Noah, 69, was welcomed into the Kingdom of Heaven after a brief illness on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 Celebration of Life: 2 p.m., Monday, October 26, 2015 at Southwest Christian Church, 7101 Trail Lake Drive. Ellie was born April 8, 1946 to Gordon and Violet Kester. They both predeceased her along with her brother, Larry Kester; first husband, Larry Bollinger; her son, Robert; and her second husband Carl Noah For too many years to count, Ellie worked alongside her best friend Holli making masterpieces, one flower at a time. She spent countless hours as a volunteer at the Azle Caring Center. A lady of many talents, a blessing to all. She loved to craft and spent many weekends at craft shows with her daughters and grand babies with her booth "From Grammies Heart" where she was famous for gingerbread ornaments and sparkly pumpkins. She's probably decorating Heaven for fall as we speak Ellie was married to Larry Bollinger from 1968 to 1996. She then met and fell head over hells in love with Carl Noah and they were married from May 2000 until his death in 2014. To Ellie, her greatest gift was her grandchildren. She bragged about them to everyone she knew and even some she didn't. When her lap held a grandchild her heart was full. Ellie's family would like to express their love and gratitude to Holli, Phyllis and Lauren for not only their love and friendship to their mother but for everything they have done for them theses last several months. Words can't begin to express how much we appreciate you gifts of time, love, assistance and infinite patience. Thank you so much She is survived by her children, Melanie and Brian Phillips, Blake and Brandi Bollinger and Allison and Dave Cromer; grandchildren, Karissa, Kassidy and Kaden Phillips, BaLeigh Bollinger, Peyton Sellers and Mike and Danny Cromer; three brothers, one sister, and their families; numerous niece, nephews and other loving family members.
