Jerry Walter Holsomback, 75, passed away peacefully, Thursday, November 9, 2017 in Fort Worth. Jerry was born February 7, 1942 in Jacksonville to William Walter and Rena Arizona Chandler Holsomback. They both preceded him in death along with seven siblings and a granddaughter, Haley Mobley. He married his sweetheart in 1961 and they moved to Springtown in 1968. Jerry owned and operated Jerry’s Mobil and managed the Walnut Creek Water District for 35 years. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 56 years, Ann Holsomback; son, J.T. Holsomback and wife, Wendy; daughters, Starla Irby and husband, Philip, Tisha Mobley and husband, Michael and Tomi Jean Vaeth and husband, Nathan; fifteen grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
