Frances Leller Holden Hart, 69, passed away, Friday, December 21, 2018. Frances was born in Fairfield, California to Willam and Alvina (Wells) Holden. They both preceded her in death along with her husband, Carl Hart; and siblings, Bonnie, Donald and Bill; She is survived by daughter, Charvelle Hart; son, Justin Hart and wife, Carol; grandchildren, Michael, Megan, Darian and Llivian; great grandchild, Connie; and sisters, Wilma and Ann.
