Joseph Richard Turlin, Sr., 73, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, May 4, 2019 at home surrounded by those that love him. He was born March 25, 1946 in St Louis, Missouri to Francis Michael Turlin and Clessie Bradley Halliburton. They both preceded him in death along with his brother, Michael Turlin. Joseph loved model trains, old cars, gardening and fishing. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Helena Turlin; son, Joseph R. Turlin, Jr.; sister, Kathi Saucier and husband, David; sister in law, Martha Tober; brother in law, Martin Tittle; nieces, Sabrina, Nora, Mimi and Kimberly; nephew, Kevin; and extended family.
