Bette Ann Haugen Hall, of Springtown, passed away, Saturday, July 25, 2020 in Weatherford at the age of 82 years, 11 months and 14 days. Bette was born August 11, 1937 at Fort Lewis in Tacoma, Washington to Barney Haugen Sr. and Nina (Bellanger) Haugen. She graduated from Springtown High School in 1955. It was there she met her husband, John. She was a daycare teacher and eventually a teacher in both private and public schools. During their life together her and John welcomed many children and teenagers that for some reason or another needed a place to stay. Bette was preceded in death by her parents; son, Johnny Joe Hall; grandson, Joshua Joseph Hall and a brother, Barney Haugen, Jr.; Those left to cherish for memory are her husband of 65 years, John Hall; son, Ray Hall and wife, Paula; daughters, Lyni Weaver and Robin Lesko and fiancé, Brad Smith; sisters, Nina Vaughan, Dorothy (Forest) Horton, Kathy (Robert) Sorrels; brother, Eddie (Susie) Haugen; sister in law, Kathy Haugen; 18 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; and 1 great great grandchild; Bette will be remembered by a multitude of family and friends.
