Eddie Gene Lumpkins, 77, passed away, Friday, February 24, 2023 at home, surrounded by those that love him. He was born March 22, 1945 in Hugo, Oklahoma to Carl Lumpkins and Kay (McConnell) Fox. They both preceded him in death along with a brother, Larry McFadden. Eddie worked with Fort Worth Police and retried after 30 years of dedicated service. He also served in the US Air Force and served in Vietnam. Eddie enjoyed golfing with his buddies, Gary, Bud and Casey. He is survived by his wife, Tina Lumpkins; sons, Eddie Lumpkins and wife, Holly and Michael Lumpkins and wife, Jennifer; step-children, Heather Richards and husband, Scott, Justin Sheldon and wife, Amber, Christina Wright and husband, Michael, Brandi Bolden and husband, Earl. Tianna Higginbotham and husband, Robert; sisters, May Anderson, Kathy Dowd and husband, Wayne and Glenda Evans and husband, David; brother, Bobby Lumpkins and wife, Charlotte; aunts, Marie Fowler, Anna Miller and Francine Miller; grandchildren, Anthony, Ashley, Jonathon, Zayne, Cohen, Tate, Kaylynn, Jensen, Hayley, Harley, Aydan, Hudson, John, Corbin, Krystal, Phoenix and Brittney; great grandchildren, Hayvn, Jayce, Bentley and Charlie.
