Joseph Rubin Campbell, Jr., 96, passed away, Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at home. He was born July 14, 1924 in Paducah, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Phyllis Barnes Campbell and a brother, Buddy Campbell. Joseph proudly served in the US Army Air Corp during World War II. Survivors include his brother, Raymond Campbell; and step children, Michele Porter, Danielle Owen and husband, Charles and Patric Porter and wife, Denise; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and extended family.
