Joan Gay (Greene) Carothers, 81, went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, August 10, 2023 in Fort Worth. She was born May 6, 1952 in Boulder Colorado to John Clifton Greene and Edith Pearl (Williamsons) Greene. They both preceded her in death along with her sister, Kay Comer Phelan. She will be lovingly remember by her daughter, Lisa Bowles and husaband, JB; brother, John R. Greene and wife, Pat; grandchildren and great grandchildren; and extended family and several longtime friends.
