Douglas Higginbottom

Douglas Wayne Higginbottom, 71, passed away April 29, 2022 in Rhome. He was born August 9, 1950 in Talihina Oklahoma to Wesley and Doris(Morris) Higginbottom. Douglas was a life long cowboy. He was a truck driver and retired from Roadway after 30 years of service. Douglas loved spending time with his family and adored his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife of 50 years Glenna Higginbottom; Daughter Sandra Anderson; grandchildren Dustin, Johnston, Austin, Kaytlin and Great granddaughter Laykin, numerous nieces and nephews and extended family and friends. Douglas proceeded in death by his parents and, brother Sherman; sister Shirley and daughters Shelly and Chrissy. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
