Troy Allen “Shorty” Horton, 86, passed away, Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at home. He was born June 29, 1937.
Troy was a great father, grandfather and friend. He loved to Fish and Hunt and was a proud Springtown resident.
He was preceded in death by his Mother and Father, Henry and Dona Horton; brothers, Howard, Ross and Leroy Horton and sister, Maxine Moore.
Honorary pallbearers are grandsons, Timothy Downing, Caiden Horton, Austin Horton, Jason Porter and nephews, Brett Horton and Darrell Horton.
Shorty is survived by his brother, Welton Horton; sister, Doris Bruski; son, Shawn Horton and Wife Nora of Paradise; grandchildren, Timothy Downing and Wife Hannah of Paradise, Sarah Porter and husband Jason of Paradise, Caiden Horton and Austin Horton. Great Grandchild, Finley Downing. And many other family and friends that he loved dearly.
