Gerald Marcy

Gerald Lee Marcy (Jerry/ Bear), 71, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2024 in Fort Worth. He was born January 3, 1953 to Herbert D and Marie E (Timblin) Marcy in Fort Worth. Gerard was preceded in death by his parents and wife Syble He was raised in River Oaks and graduated Castleberry High School in 1961. He married his wife Syble in 1979 and, together they raised three children. Gerald worked in construction for over 35 years as a construction supervisor. He also owned Bear’s Rod Shop. He enjoyed car shows, drag racing and was a hobby machinist He also enjoyed making Youtube videos. Gerald was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by sons, Jerome Marcy, Jason Marcy and his wife Aleshia; daughter, Cassie Lockwood and her husband Eric; grandchildren, Brendan, Lennon, Aurora, Orion, Phoenix, Christin, Regan, Kaitlyn, Hunter, Henry, and Harrison, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
