Ann Meier

Our loving Mother and Father, Ann Kathryn Noack Meier, 84, passed away Saturday, January 8, 2022, in Azle. Ann was born November 19, 1937, to Paul Otto Noack and Alvina Bertha Nukunz Noack. Ann was a dedicated nurse for over 40 years. She loved the outdoors, gardening, and her many animals. Ann was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, as well as a great-grandmother. Foster Lee Meier, 87, passed away Wednesday, January 12, 2022, in Azle. Foster was born March 12th, 1934, to Rudolph Carl Meier and Buelah McCormic Meier. Foster was a well respected businessman in the corrugated paper industry. He loved his animals, building and farming land. Foster was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, as well as great-grandfather. Together Foster and Ann were married 68 years. They are survived by; daughter, Kathryn Meier Mobley, and her husband Chris Mobley; sons, Nathan Meier and John David Meier; granddaughter, Bonnie Mobley Bartay, and her husband, Louis Bartay; Grandsons, Steven Austin Mobley and his wife Jamie Mobley; Michael Meier and Matthew Meier; great-grandchildren, Abigail, Lilliwen, Brantley, Brody, and Tegan. Many close family friends include John Peterson of Weatherford. They are preceded in death by their daughter, Cynthia Ann Meier, their granddaughter, Julie Ann Meier, as well as both sets of parents.
