Elizabeth Raun

Elizabeth Ann (McBride) Raun, "Liz" 95, passed away peacefully, Sunday, August 25, 2024 in Azle. She was born September 23, 1928 to Willard and Ruth (Paine) McBride in Houston. Liz was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Mary Edmisten. She was of Lutheran Church and had a strong spiritual faith. She was a lover of music, animals, and nature. Liz was a wonderful person inside and out. She was a loving mother, and grandmother who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by her son, Eric Raun and wife Christina; daughters, Kirsten Golden and husband Paul, Kathleen Mobley and husband Bill; grandchildren, Cody, Sam, Faith, Cole, Lillian and Amanda; great-grandchildren, Athena and Jace.
