Bobby Riney

Bobby “Bob” Wayne Riney, 80, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Tuesday, October 26, 2021 in Poolville. He was born April 27, 1941 in Wilson to F. B. and Wille Mae (Hudson) Riney. They both were there to welcome him home, along with his son, Rickey Wayne Riney. Bob grew up in the Slaton area and worked for Brakes and Wheels, Inc. in Odessa for many years prior to retirement in 2003. He loved to fish, work in the yard and build race cars. He will be missed. He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Rita (Doss) Riney; daughters, Bobbi Tatom and Ashley Christensen and husband, Drew; brother, Mike Riney and wife, Betty; sister, Diane Shaha and husband, Jim; grandchildren, Alex and Opal; his faithful canine companion, Buddy; and extended family and friends.
