Omer "Frank" Scaff

Omer "Frank" Franklin Scaff, 75, a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, passed away, Monday, April 10, 2023, at home surrounded by those that love him. He was born July 23, 1947 in Decatur to Omer William and Vivian (Pickard) Scaff. They both preceded him in death along with his siblings, DennisE. Scaff, Donald W. Scaff and Sue McBeain; Omer served in the U.S. Army and was a mechanic by trade. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 46 years, La Veta Scaff; daughter, Lisa Randolph and husband, Lee; son, Dennis Scaff and wife, Martha; grandchildren, Matthew, Melanie, Joshua, David, Shane and Joshua; great grandchildren, Jovi and Salvador. nephew, Thomas Scaff and wife, Rebecca; All of whom will miss him very much.
