Hazel Sherwood

Hazel Marie (Hale) Sherwood, 76, passed away Friday, February 11, 2022, in Bridgeport. She was born August 20, 1945 to Wiley and Nannie Lou (Lewis) Hale in Decatur. Hazel is survived by her husband of 57 years , Jack David Sherwood; son, Jack Dewayne Sherwood and his wife Christie; grandchildren, Jordan, and his wife, Stephanie and Emma; sisters Ann Miles and her husband K.C., Frances Jackson, Betty Bentley and her husband Davis, Nancy Withers and her husband Travis; brother, Dale Hale and his wife Hattie. Numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Jabo Hale, Charles Hale and Eddie Hale. Hazel was a loving Wife, Mother and MawMaw. She will be missed dearly by all who knew her.
