Barry York Sr

Barry Mort York, Sr., 73, passed away, Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at home. He was born January 30, 1947 in Fort Worth and grew up in Sansom Park. His father, Luther Berry York preceded him in death along with his grandmother, Beva Ring. Barry was a retired truck driver. He was a selfless man and spent a lot of time with his children and grandchildren at their baseball games. He enjoyed watching the Cowboys and Rangers, playing Farkle, but most of all he loved spending time with his family. Barry is survived by his mother, Betty Jo York; his devoted wife of 45 years, Dianne (Fulfer) York; sons, Barry York, Jr., Brent York and wife Nancy and Micah York; brothers, Tony (Pam) York, Mark (Cheryl) York and Tim (Tonie) York; sister, Lori Drake; grandchildren, Zakery, Kelvin, Brandon, Lauren, Bill, Madison, Sheldon, Jordan and Kourtney; nieces, nephews and extended family.
